Hiring Super Sales People and Sales Managers
Hiring successful sales people and sales managers requires a scientific process, not a resume and interview ritual. You’ve probably been fooled many times from a great impression at the interview, and then the person didn’t cut it. S/he either quit, got fired or worse yet, s/he is still with you under producing. Well these mistakes can be avoided, along with all the lost customers and associated expenses for training, salary, etc., by using my recruiting process.

The Science of Sales Person Selection
Â
There are certain elements present and/or absent and/or mixed in proportions that determine selling and sales management success. (See the White Paper described at the end of this article). So in order to hire super sales people companies must: Measure the amounts of each element; determine what mixes and what doesn’t; decide what can be changed or improved in the time allotted to change it; analyze findings; Interview candidates that tested positive and make your selection.Â
Â
This science is 96% accurate for selecting successful sales people for any industry. That’s better than 9 super sales people for every 10 you choose. Selling success means the person is an over-achiever and/or a top producer on your selling team.   Think of all the sales people you’ve hired and determine how many of them stayed with you and turned out to be top producers.

Tips for Starting a Home Business Online
Making the transition from full-time job to starting your own home business online however, will certainly require action on your part. Before making the leap, you will want to establish a plan of action. It is rather like having a map before setting out on a long journey, but it will make a big difference if you have one when setting out and you can always make changes to it where necessary as you go along.
It is important that you give some thought to a few things before starting your own home business online. Will you be free from distractions at home? If not, how will you handle them? Are you a self starter, dedicated and committed to making your business work no matter what? What benefits will you gain from starting your own business? Do you have enough space for a home office (even a small desk with drawers or shelves)? Do you have a budget? What are your goals?Â
The primary reason why online home business owners fail is due to lack of planning, so answering questions like these honestly are vital to your success.Â
It is also important to understand when starting your own business that as with any business, it will take hard work and dedication at the beginning, at least until you establish a plan and get everything set up and running.

Transportation is one important aspect for human’s life. Buying A Franchise – Mr. Franchise Buys His First Franchise
For the last twenty-eight years, as a franchise attorney, author, instructor and recognized franchise expert, I’ve helped firms enter and prosper in the franchise industry – each hoping to become the next “McDonalds” of their respective industries. Along the way, I’ve met and worked with an interesting group of entrepreneurial founders. From apparel to water treatment, the franchised concepts were also incredibly diverse. Some of them interested me to the point where I considered buying a franchise myself. In two or three cases, talks were initiated to discuss the possibility, but never moved forward. I just couldn’t find the precise set of criteria to satisfy my exacting requirements. After all, I had advised hundreds of prospective franchise buyers, and developed sophisticated radar for detecting the good, the bad and the ugly in franchise investments.
In May of 2002, my life changed dramatically as I took the plunge and became a first-time franchise owner. I’d just completed a franchise development project for a San Francisco Peninsula company poised to enter franchising. They operated a very successful home improvement business that specialized in a unique niche. Targeting homes constructed in the 1960’s to the 1980’s having old, flat, ugly interior doors, this company replaced all interior doors in a home with new, freshly-painted raised panel designer doors, locksets and hinges. Their advertising mantra was “Replacing America’s 1.16 Billion Interior Doors.”

5 Reasons You Can Clean up With an Automotive Valeting Franchise!
Looking for an affordable franchise opportunity with low overheads, a massive untapped marketplace and real job satisfaction? You could do worse than consider a mobile valeting franchise
1. LOW OPERATING COSTS
As a ‘man and a van’ business, ideally you will be operating from a smartly liveried, fully equipped vehicle and should have no need for business premises. You don’t need staff either – although if you are determined to develop your business into a multi-van operation, with support from your franchisor, the opportunity will most likely be available to you. Business costs include running your vehicle and purchasing your products, so you don’t need to worry about high overheads.
2. MASSIVE MARKET POTENTIAL
With around 32 million cars on the road in the UK, the pool of potential customers is huge. At present the marketplace is fragmented with hardly any professional, organised companies providing reliable, high quality mobile valeting services. However, PCC have a targeted approach to ensure maximum return for franchisees.
PCC franchisees find that competitors tend either to be large static valeting operations, unable to offer flexibility and convenience of service to the customer, or self styled sole traders who turn up in a white van, scruffily dressed. In contrast when a well-trained, uniformed franchisee arrives in a liveried van and provides professional, high quality valets using specially developed products, there’s really no contest.
3. REPEAT BUSINESS
